The Vijitt Culinary Reserve Phuket offers a unique journey through the rich culinary legacy of Phuket, a destination globally recognized as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy since 2015. Inspired by this honor, the resort reimagines its spaces and experiences to authentically connect guests with Phuket’s local food culture, supporting the province’s goal to become a sustainable gastronomy city by 2030. Rooted in its origins as a seaside family retreat, the resort celebrates three key culinary legacies: Southern Legacy, honoring its 60-year-old Sino-Portuguese heritage house, the only one of its kind on the island's beachfront; The Way of Water, reflecting the close ties with the Rawai fishing community by integrating fresh seafood and traditional seafaring life into the guest experience; and Gifts from the Land, transforming former coconut and rubber plantations into an organic farm that reconnects visitors with Phuket’s agricultural roots. Through thoughtful storytelling, design, and culinary programs, The Vijitt Culinary Reserve Phuket offers an immersive experience where food, culture, and nature are inseparably intertwined—bringing to life the true spirit of Phuket for a new generation of travelers.
