A quality population is an important role to developing the country. Which person will be a quality population and ready to develop themselves must be based on having a good four requisite.
Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt foresaw important problems that obstacles to developing the city. One of them is the problem of overpriced housing and public transportation that cause incumbrance inconsistent with monthly income for "First Jobber" which an important role to developing both country’s economy and society. The "housing incubator" policy therefore plays an important role in helping this group of people to have good housing at an affordable price by renting. In order to be able to save and buy new housing that bring stability to life.
Saengthong Rice (1968) Company Limited's warehouse is located in Rat Burana District, a medium-density residential area in middle Bangkok. Surrounding the project site is complete with consumer goods. It can be easily connected to public transportation and close to the workplace of inner Bangkok. Therefore considered bringing this place to be renovated as a "Bangkok housing incubator" project or housing for rent for the "First Jobber" group under the concept of "Bangkok good life model" which focuses on designing an environment that is good for Living for both residents and neighborhood people able to use common areas together.
The essence of this project is to build quickly, at a low price, by choosing prefabricated structures and elements that are easy to install, using appropriate quality materials to show the image of cheap but good quality housing. Including the arrangement of common areas to be flexible, can be used in a variety of ways for worth the investment.
