           JW Marriott Bangkok is a genuinely Thai 5-Star Luxury Hotel, owned by the Erawan Group PLC and operated by Marriott International Group, interior design by P49 design and associated . The hotel is a full service hotel, located on Sukhumvit Road, Khwarng Klong Toei, JW Marriott Bangkok has 441 rooms on 24 floors that are in the heart of center business district of Bangkok. The design project consists of 48,785 square meters of planning and 4,746 square meters of Interior design.
            JW Marriott Bangkok has a unique interior design that is memorable to its guests and customers, based on the JW Marriott brand. Able to support business activities. Meeting and conference rooms, seminar rooms and large banquet rooms are available. They also have modern facilities such as swimming pool, fitness club, exclusive lounge and restaurant

            JW Marriott Bangkok will be a perfect place where guests can share, socialize and collaborate. We offer full facilities and amenities such as Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool, Outdoor spaces and executive lounge to provide energizing experiences for guests visiting Bangkok, whether for business or leisure.
             It can be seen that the JW Marriott Bangkok Hotel has the advantage of accessibility which is close to the BTS Skytrain station. Make it easy to travel. The highlight of the hotel is the wide variety of meeting and banquet rooms that meet the needs of various applications. As a result, there are many customers who come to use the service, both Thai and foreigners account for 90 percent of the year but at the beginning of 2020, COVID-19 epidemic causing the lifestyle of people to change. This affects the hotel business which has been greatly affected both in terms of the occupancy income of foreign customers who are the main customers due to being unable to enter the country including organizing various events both meetings, seminars and weddings have to be postponed according to the epidemic control emergency act announced by the government. As a result, many hotels were shut down, including the JW Marriott Bangkok, which was temporarily closed for four months, prompting the use of the design to allow the hotel business to continue to operate and create employment. And it is a challenge to bring the JW Marriott Bangkok as a prototype hotel to enter the "New Normal Hotel" to be a hotel that can cope with these diseases in the future.
            The design of the project use the idea of privacy and concept of social distancing that mean the people in the future want to have a privacy space in the hotel to make sure him or her can be safe from COVID-19 from the other, so bring the concept of “ the partition “ to design the many type of partition attach on every space that create new space for the city hotel and make new experience for guests. Then combine with brand identity of JW Marriott Bangkok that is “ The Principle of mindfulness ” that is to bring the nature from outside to inside for create the sense of serenity and claim in hotel and combine the idea of sense of place = sense of Thai to created the unique design hotel that is the JW Marriott new normal hotel.
