Bangkok — vibrant, timeless, and ever-evolving — is a crossroads of cultures, a canvas painted by travelers from every corner of the globe. Amidst the bustling energy and the dazzling lights, there lies a sanctuary crafted for those who seek more than just a visit — they seek belonging.

Amady – Arabian Charm, Siam Soul

In a city where stories of culture, faith, and spirit converge, Amady rises — a renewed destination for the modern Muslim traveler.
Located on Rama VI Road, tucked away from the restless heartbeat of Bangkok’s busiest quarters, Amady offers an invitation: to step into a world where heritage meets hospitality, where every detail is shaped by purpose and heart.

Formerly known as Bangkok Midtown Hotel, the property has been carefully reimagined and transformed. Once serving mainly Asian travelers, the hotel’s new chapter reflects the growing need for a refined space that understands and celebrates the lifestyle of Middle Eastern visitors. Here, the promise of Amady — a name meaning “destination” in Arabic — is fully realized: a place where Muslim families from around the world find not just accommodation, but belonging.

The design vision, Arabian Charm, Siam Soul, is more than a theme; it is a dialogue between two rich cultural landscapes.

The balance is intentional: Thai elements expressed in familiar structural gestures — the openness of courtyards, the fluidity of indoor-outdoor spaces — meet Arabian expressions through texture, material, and light. Smooth limestone from Middle Eastern landscapes pairs with the deep warmth of Thai woods; jewel tones like emerald, sapphire, ruby, and topaz weave through the fabrics and finishes, telling a silent story of prosperity and protection.

The exterior of Amady immediately sets it apart from the city’s skyline. The façade embraces Arabian architecture with bold yet delicate motifs, while a lush palm garden welcomes guests, offering a serene prelude to the experience within. At the heart of the hotel lies a central courtyard, designed as an open-air sanctuary where families can gather, children can play, and travelers can simply breathe. Above, a canopy of finely perforated roofing filters the tropical sunlight into soft, moving shadows — a poetic reminder of time’s gentle passage.

A Space Designed
The new Amady is more than beautiful — it is purposeful.
Every aspect of the hotel has been reprogrammed to embrace the daily rhythms of Muslim families:
—76 guest rooms have been completely reconfigured, now offering four distinct room types accommodating between 4 to 8 guests. Each room type draws inspiration from a Thai gemstone, their colors woven subtly through design accents. Spatially, the rooms borrow from the DNA of traditional Thai homes — with generous gathering spaces and private corners — yet materials and detailing reflect Arabian sensibilities, creating a home that feels global, yet personal.
—The restaurant serves halal-certified cuisine, blending Thai flavors and international favorites in a setting that honors the rituals of shared meals. The restaurant highlights a Middle Eastern ambiance with arabesque details and Arabic-style furniture, enriched by Thai wooden accents that bring warmth and familiarity.
—The sweets and souvenir boutique offers treasures crafted to halal standards, ensuring guests can bring a piece of Bangkok home without hesitation.
— The spa blends the natural ruggedness of stone with the light, airy forms of traditional Thai architecture, creating a serene Thai-Arabian sanctuary for relaxation and healing.
— The swimming pool area is designed as a water pavilion, inspired by the openness of a Thai sala, offering shaded relaxation by the water for all generations.
— The club embodies a rich Arabian mood, subtly layered with Thai materials like wood and textiles, and is separated into male and female zones to respect Islamic social values.

Light, Texture, Memory

Amady’s experience is shaped not just by function, but by feeling.
It is a hotel designed to be lived in with all senses. The scent of fresh palm leaves mixing with the perfume of oud drifting from the lobby. The touch of carved stone walls cool beneath the fingertips. The soft play of morning light across patterned floors.

These moments are carefully crafted to linger — to transform a stay into a memory, a building into a place of the heart.

A Destination in Every Sense
Amady is not merely a stop along the way; it is the destination itself.
It is a place where Muslim travelers feel understood without having to explain, respected without having to request, welcomed without reservation. It is where journeys find their meaning — not only through the places you visit but through the way you are seen and celebrated.

In a Bangkok that constantly moves, Amady offers a moment of stillness.
A breath. A prayer. A gathering of souls beneath the dancing patterns of sunlight and shade.

Your Destination Awaits.
